About us

Sid and Ila Deliyannis founded Posh Pets over 20 years ago, with stores in Louisianna and Texas. They made the move to South Carolina, and have since opened two stores in Northeast Columbia and in downtown. They've built a sucessful business alongside their son Peter Deliyannis, who manages the downtown location and is the dental hygenist. They've been animal lovers their entire lives, working with them not only by grooming but by training police dogs, operating doggie day cares, raising birds, and even raising a squirrel named Chipper! They train every groomer personally, and expect no less than perfection when it comes to taking care of clients. We have two locations to better serve you, each with hand trained groomers, Leigh Ann at Posh Pets Northeast, and Rachel at Posh Pets Columbia, and a new groomer in training, Victoria. Festus is our bather, he's the one who makes sure your puppy smells amazing when he leaves our shop. We at Posh Pets strive to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy throughout his visit, and we treat every animal like it's part of our family.
