1.) Where are you guys located? 

We have two locations to better serve you. Our downtown location is at 4328 Fort Jackson Blvd, right off of Garners Ferry Rd, across from Whole Foods. Our Northeast location is 1055 Sparkleberry Lane Ext right off of Two Notch, in the same shopping center as Big T's Barbeque. 

 

2.) Do I need to bring anything for my first visit? 

Just an updated rabies tag on your dogs collar! If you have a very specific cut in mind for your puppy, feel free to bring a picture of what you want too! 

 

3.) Do you take walk-ins? 

We try to never turn anybody down, so walk-ins are always welcome. However, we always recommend calling and making an appointment in advance so we can get your dog out in a timely manner. 

 

4.) Can you tell me the exact price for grooming my pet?

Our pricing page gives a rough estimate, but because each dog is different, we can never give an exact figure by phone. 

 

5.) My dog is aggressive! Can you still groom him?

Most likely, yes. Bring him in and we'll see how he does. Some dogs take some time to warm up to people, and we're always willing to work with him/her.
